Upper bounds for moments of the Riemann zeta function

We will survey some recent results on moments and so-called pseudo-moments of the Riemann zeta function. We give some new upper bounds for continuous moments of the Riemann zeta function and also discuss some unexpected phenomena in the area of pseudo-moments.
