Sums of random multiplicative functions

Over the last century, a probabilistic approach has been very influential in the development of number theory. One particularly active area of research is the study of sums of random multiplicative functions. In this talk, I will introduce some of the models, key results and applications to more classical number theory, as well as some new results in upcoming work on weighted sums.
