We study the kinetics of phase transitions in disordered dipolar
magnets. Using comprehensive Monte Carlo simulations, we perform
deep temperature quenches into the ordered phase to understand the
effects of quenched disorder and long-range dipolar interactions on
domain growth. We observe rough interfaces, anisotropic growth laws
and logarithmic slowing down. Our results are useful to interpret
pattern formation in a wide range of magnetic and dielectric solids.
