p-adic directions of primitive vectors

It is well known that that projections of planar primitive vectors to the unit circle are uniformly distributed as the norm of the vectors grows to infinity. In this talk we will show that the same holds for the projections of primitive vectors to the p-adic unit sphere. This is joint work with Antonin Guilloux.
