Eigenvector Overlaps for non-Hermitian Random Matrices

We will discuss the distribution of diagonal eigenvector overlaps for large non-Hermitian random matrices, i.e. the product of the norms of the left and right eigenvectors associated to a given eigenvalue. For matrices with iid Gaussian entries, the joint distribution of the overlap and the corresponding eigenvalue is known due to Fyodorov (2018) and Bourgade--Dubach (2020). We will extend these results to a broad class of non-Hermitian random matrices with independent entries.
