Sharp mixing properties of mean-field spin systems

We provide sharp asymptotics for the mixing time of mean-field spin systems at infinite temperature. In particular we show the cut-off phenomenon for these chains and give necessary and sufficient conditions for the occurrence of profile cut-off. The method of proof relies upon the relative entropy method proposed by Yau and further developed by J.-Menezes.
