K3 surfaces can be considered a 2-dimensional analogue of elliptic curves. However, their rational points are not yet well understood. In this talk, we focus on K3 surfaces of degree 2, arising as double covers of P^2 branched along a smooth sextic curve, and we use elliptic curves to produce infinitely many rational points on them.
