Yet another subconvexity talk

We will prove strong upper bounds for sums of twisted Hecke eigenvalues and establish asymptotic orthogonality between Hecke eigenvalues and highly ramified l-adic twists. This has applications to subconvexity of L-functions in the depth aspect, which we discuss if time permits.
