Amplified moments of the Riemann zeta function

Linfoot Number Theory Seminar

18th February 2026, 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Fry Building, 2.04

In this talk I will discuss joint work with Timothy Page regarding the application of amplified moments to problems relating to the distribution of the Riemann zeta function on the critical line. I will talk about our development of a new two piece amplifier which has applications to bounds on moments of the Riemann zeta function and also to large gaps between consecutive zeros.
