Constant Friezes

When Coxeter & Conway gave their famous description of (type A) frieze patterns with positive integer coefficients and related them to triangulations of n-gons, they also noted that constant frieze patterns with positive real coefficients can be made using the diagonal lengths of regular n-gons. I will recap and elaborate, and then describe what can be said or conjectured about constant (real) mesh friezes of more general types and constant (bounded) T-systems, which are another generalisation.
