Prof. Anthony Lee and Dr. Andi Wang recently gave talks at the End-to-End Bayesian Learning meeting, 25-29 October held at CIRM, Marseilles in France.
The meeting brought together a large international group of researchers working on a range of Bayesian statistics problems, ranging from fundamental theory, to methodological guarantees, to applied Bayesian modelling.
Anthony Lee gave an invited lecture on the first day of the conference, discussing forthcoming work which advances our in understanding of tuning Sequential Monte Carlo algorithms.
Andi Wang gave the final talk of the meeting, discussing recent advances in the convergence rates of nonreversible MCMC methods.
